Insulated Concrete Form (ICF)
A growing number of developers are turning to Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) to deliver fast and energy efficient builds.

Pure Granular Polystyrene (EPS) and Hips heavy grade plastic tie bars are molded together under high temperature and pressure to produce a pre-assembled, fully reversible ICF, half a square metre in size. Each finished batch is tested as part of a rigorous quality control system.”
In 2007 Reward Struct-Sure iForm system and finish renders was awarded the British Board of Agrément 60-year certification thereby meeting Irish and UK building regulations.
Patrick Coffey continues: “Turnaround from start to finish for any house unit from floor level to wall plate is two weeks including concrete pours. Concrete can be poured in story height lifts. The number of units delivered per week is variable depending on clients requirements and because many builds can run concurrently with same day concrete pours there is virtually no upper limit”.
