Building Insurance

This is the insurance that covers the structure of your building and is usually applied for when the building is completed.

The structure of the building should be covered by your self build insurance during the term of the construction.

The Building Insurance covers the cost of rebuilding the structure should it be damaged through unforeseen circumstances.

It usually also covers you against, Storm and flood damage , Subsidence and/or heave of the land on which your building stands and in most cases gives you a 24 hour home emergency and legal advice helpline.

This policy is very important as you need to make sure that your investment is protected, whatever happens.
