Decorating
Most self builders do the decorating of their new home themselves as it is one of those area that most of us feel confident in. If however you have little of no time on your hands a rushed job might not give you the final finish that you had hoped for, so at this stage it might be worth leaving it to the professionals.
One thing to remember is that unlike any other time decorating a house that is new requires a person to finish off the previous trade persons work, an example being holes cut by plumbers and electricians need to be filled to the edge of the boxes
It is important that you make sure that any decorating is carried out in a dust free environment and you have made sure that all of your surfaces have dried.
