As a self builder, this is where you can make some of your dream come true as far as your house goes. You can decide how you want it to , and design it in a way that it would give you the peace and comfort that you require. Have a look at your design, think about the position of the furniture and how it would look and the practicality of it within the space available in that room. Do your measurements and make sure that your desired furniture would fit in there without any problems.
