Tools & Machinery

During the process of building your house, there are certain tools and machinery that you will come across and depending on your own involvement in the build you might have to hire these for use on the site.

We are going to give a brief description of these tools and machinery and their intended purpose.

Please do not make the mistake of spending thousands of Euro’s on the purchase of these machinery as it would work out a lot cheaper if you hire them from your local plant hire agents.

It is important for you to know that any tool or machinery can be very dangerous if it is operated by someone who does not understand the proper method of operation and therefore you should ensure that a full demonstration is given to you before you take it away.

It is advisable to hire a professional to use a tool or machinery if you have any doubts in your own ability to use it safely.

And finally always make sure that the tool or machinery is insured for use by you and against theft through your own self build insurance.
